Whoeverly is run by FLEX COMPLI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17408764). We are the controller of the details you send through this website.
What we collect
When you join, we collect your name, work email, business name, website (if you give it), how many centres you run, which free tools and upcoming products you're interested in, any message you include, and whether you'd like occasional product news.
How we use it
We use these details to set up your free account, check that you're a workspace operator and contact you about the tools you've chosen. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to your request. We only send product news and market updates if you ticked the separate box for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We don't sell your details.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, a form service acting on our behalf, which may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. The site is hosted by Vercel.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by replying to any email we've sent you. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
